Regarding the other benefits. I’m fat. There’s no sugarcoating that. I haven’t noticed any change there, but I wasn’t expecting anything to change. But my overall health has improved.
I used the dried leaves, powdered in a capsule. Drink one each morning and yeah… that’s about it.

Same with me also. I reduced my intake to half teaspoon daily and keep pressure tabs handy. It seems, we have cholesterol problem more than others.
